1. About us

This website is run by Patchd ("we", "us"), an independent seller of sleeve badges based in the United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

2. Our products

We sell button-on sleeve badges in the colourways listed on the product page. Photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colours can look slightly different on different screens. Patchd is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Stone Island. All trademarks belong to their owners.

3. Prices and multi-buy offers

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Multi-buy packs (for example 5 badges + 2 free, or 10 badges + 3 free) are sold as a single item at the price shown. Free badges are only included when the matching pack is bought. We may change prices or end offers at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment system. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Delivery

We ship tracked within the United Kingdom. Delivery times shown are estimates and not guaranteed. Free shipping applies to orders that meet the threshold shown at checkout. Please make sure your delivery address is correct; we are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address you provided. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days, contact us and we will help trace it.

7. Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.

8. Cancellations and your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

9. Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, except where the law does not allow us to limit it.

10. Privacy

We use your personal details only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring claims in the courts of England and Wales, or of the part of the UK where you live.
